Ingredients:
•2/3 cup non-fat dry milk
•3/4 cup water
Preparation:
Mix the water and dry milk powder together. Then, use in place of the evaporated milk in any recipe.
Yield: 1 cup (8 ounces)
Evaporated milk is merely milk that's had about %60 of it's water content removed.
