Easy Slow Cooker Thai PB2 Chicken
Ingredients
•2 lbs Skinless, Boneless, Chicken Breast
•3/4 cup Salsa
•1/4 cup PB2
•1 tsp Ginger (if fresh, minced)
•2 Tbsp Soy Souce
•2 tsp Lime Juice
•2 tsp Cornstartch (Optional)
•2 tsp Minced Garlic (Optional)
•To taste Salt & Pepper
Instructions Combine all this in a crockpot and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
