Onion, Carrot and Ginger Soup

Onion Carrot and Ginger Soup

2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped carrots
2 tsps ginger
10 cups chicken stock

1.Slice onions, peel carrots and dice ginger.

2.Add stock and season to taste.

3.Boil for about 30-40 minutes.

4.Puree in a blender and enjoy a no fat soup.
