BBQ sauce for South Beach diet Phase 1 that's really good.
8 oz tomato sauce
2 tbsps white vinegar
2 tsps fresh parsley
1/3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1.Mix all together and pour over whatever you're making.
2.Store in fridge.
