Celery and Mushroom Salad

10 ribs celery, washed & thinly sliced
1/4 lb. white mushrooms, washed & sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
3/4 c. olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste (optional)


Toss all together and marinate at least 1 hour before serving.
