Cabbage Noodles

6 cups shredded cabbage
1 tsp salt


1.Boil a quart of water in a pot, add salt. Shred cabbage and add to boiling water.

2.Cook until tender-soft. Drain in a colander.

3.Add your favorite pasta sauce. Try different sauces, but tomato-based sauces taste best with cabbage.

4.Optional: sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
