Mexican Cole Slaw

Ingredients

1 head large cabbage
1 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup cilantro
1 jalapeno
1/4 cup chopped onions
3 limes yield lime juice
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3 stalks green onion

Directions

1.Shred cabbage, grate carrot, chop jalapeno (deseeded), onions and cilantro.
2.Add juice of 3 limes and cayenne pepper.
3.Stir well and refrigerate. Best serve after chilled for at least a few hours.
