Ingredients
3 servings organic broccoli
2 servings organic extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp organic minced garlic
1 tsp organic minced ginger
1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 servings all natural sea salt
Directions
1.Add oil to a sauté pan and heat.
2.Add ginger, garlic and crushed red pepper (if using red pepper seeds, break them up by using the heal of your hand to release the hot oils into the olive oil), and salt.
3.Sauté for only a minute or two.
4.Add broccoli and sauté until florets begin to darken or lightly brown. Serve.
