Dill Dip

1 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt, mayo, or miracle whip
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
2 TSP dried parsley (I pick a bunch from my herb garden)
3 TSP dried dill

Mix well and refrigerate. This is also great on baked potatoes.
